Internal presentation tier

The internal presentation tier provides an internal interface and handles various system data. The interface is designed for in-house support attendants and operators, and is accessible through a web interface via a thin client, or through a stand-alone application installed on their computer. The solution is designed around the client’s workflow and the necessary complexity of the required system.

During the analysis and design phases, we take into account even the abilities and qualifications of the attendants and propose the interface accordingly as well as creating an appropriate interface for each user type: the sales team, editors, dispatchers, technical support personnel and the administrator and others.

We design and provide the user interface for personnel responsible for maintaining the product catalog, for administrators maintaining user accounts, those handling orders and returns, the technical and customer support team, and we even supply the content management system (CMS) and more.
