Systems integration
The majority of companies make use of business systems based on historical reasons ("it's what we've always used") or because of some technical or organizational limitation that limits their ability to implement a change. These systems include back office and accounting, technical and sales support, website content management and even their product catalog.
Integrating these systems – however demanding the task, leads directly to increased productivity of the business or division, as well as cost savings, and therefore increased profitability. Cutting costs for business operations can't reasonably take place without the sharing of internal and customer data when it isn't possible to effectively integrate existing or new systems into processes and workflow.
High error rates, having to (re-)do things manually, high costs, low efficiency, and untapped potential are all the result of heterogeneous systems in the technical and sales infrastructure. To connect and integrate the systems we always search for the simplest solution that meets the client's requirements and leads to substantial improvements. From here it is possible to find additional, though not as critical, enhancements in the client's systems. Important considerations are the appropriateness of the solution and the ease of operation and possibility for additional expansion. We understand the difficulties that can be encountered changing to a new system, and know well how to mitigate any difficulties.
